文章对多个主振荡功率放大(MOPA)脉冲激光器采用阵列光纤光栅频谱合束技术进行了研究,模拟了采用阵列光纤光栅频谱合束技术将多个MOPA脉冲激光器合束输出的过程,研究了合束后时域脉冲形状的畸变,并提出了使输出脉冲平坦化的改进方法。研究结果表明,以2 ns为间隔控制各个通道的输入MOPA脉冲激光器的同步,可以改善输出脉冲的平坦性。

文章提出一种新型的基于阵列光纤光栅(AFG)的频谱合束结构,该结构的优点是输出光斑具有较好的单模特性,且系统的可靠性和可扩展性较强。应用高斯模场近似的方法,对这种结构的性能做了仿真分析,仿真结果表明,这种结构的衍射效率高,输出光斑尺寸小,单模特性好。

A novel and precise micron-scale nanosecond laser spot measurement based on film-scanning method is presented. The method can be used to measure the spot size, beam profile, and intensity distribution of the pulse. The central spot radius of the pulsed Bessel beams with pulse width of 25 ns is measured to be 94.86+-5 \mum in our experiment through the analysis of the digital image by film scanning, and the result is consistent with the theoretical value of 92.33 \mum. Compared with charge-coupled device/complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CCD/CMOS) laser beam profilers, the film-scanning method shows higher measurement accuracy, single shot ultrashort pulse measurable, larger measurable size, and wider measurable wavelength range.
